A bad day...

What's the best way to get over a bad day? A night at home alone? Surrounding yourself with friends? And I don't mean, "I got a parking ticket. Boo Hoo!" day, much worse. In the past, I would just go home and sulk waiting for someone to ask me what was wrong so I could unleash the floodgates on them. I dunno. What's wrong? What's right? I need a hobby and a cheeseburger.
